雙腳是我的畫筆,大地是我的畫布。累計已完成了 85 場長距離馬拉松,包含 11 場超馬與險峻的百公里高難度越野挑戰,從路跑的節律中淬煉出人生的專注與毅力。

「跑步與寫作很像,都需要長期的自律與專注。當你跑在旭海的暴雨中,或是獨自在 308 高地翻越泥濘山路時,你沒有雜念,只有眼前的每一步,和自己的呼吸。這和在實驗室抓晶片 outliers 或是在深夜構思一個台語小說的字句,有著如出一轍的靈魂共鳴。」

- 2026 XTRAIL 100K 越野跑挑戰賽:實際完賽 94 公里,錶測累計爬升達 4000 公尺,耗時 19 小時 29 分。
- 2025 跑山獸 75K 越野賽:實際完賽約 80 公里,累計爬升 4100 公尺,耗時 16 小時 36 分。
- 2025 - Xtrail 100 越野跑挑戰賽 (93k):累計爬升 2715 公尺,耗時 21 小時 17 分。
- 2015 新竹鎮西堡超級馬拉松 (100K):人生首場百公里公路超馬完賽,耗時 12 小時 58 分。
- 2024 旭海超級馬拉松 70K:跨越車城海岸線,夜間 1:00 起跑,爬升 837 公尺,耗時 9 小時 39 分。
